Jim Maggs is a Qualified Building Supervisor with a trade background as a Carpenter and Joiner. Jim has 25 years’ experience in the construction industry including 16 years in senior management roles. His primary area of expertise is working closely with clients, design consultants, agencies and authorities to deliver quality construction and fit out projects. Jim is driven by finding solutions, optimising processes and achieving great outcomes.
Jarrad Mascord is qualified in Construction Management, Cert IV WHS Management and Carpentry and Joinery trade. Jarrad has 15 years’ experience in the building and construction industry ranging from high end residential construction to the mining sector. It is the latter where Jarrad developed and honed his skills in project management which enables him to manage and deliver projects of a high standard, on time, and on budget. He has a passion for construction projects that challenge the traditional building scope and blend aesthetics and function with building excellence.
